To access the Help Center from within FleetWatcher:
In the bottom right corner of the FleetWatcher website you will find the chat icon.
Click on the icon to open the chat window.
A link to the FleetWatcher help center is highlighted in the image below.
Click on the link Access the FleetWatcher Help Center to open the help center in a separate browser tab.
To access help center articles within the chat window.
Click the Help icon in the bottom right corner of the chat window.
This will open a list of available help center article collections.
Click on a collection to see a list of articles under that category.
Click on the article title to open the article within the chat window.
Click the arrow in the top left corner to navigate back to the list of articles.
Close the Chat Window:
Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to close the chat window.
