Enable Auto-Update on Apps - Samsung:
Step 1: Tap the “Google Play Store” app on your home screen.
Step 2: Then Tap your profile picture at the top of your screen.
Step 3: Then Tap Settings > Network Preferences > Auto-Update Apps.
Step 5: Select “WiFi Only” or “Download over Cellular Data.”
Step 6: Tap “done” (if presented) or back out to the home screen.
Disable Battery Optimization - Samsung:
Go to Settings > Apps > FleetWatcher Driver > Battery > set to “Unrestricted.”
Enable Location Settings - Samsung:
Step 1: Go to Settings > Location > App Permissions > FleetWatcher Driver.
Step 2: set to “Allow All The Time.”
OR:
Step 1: Settings > Apps > FleetWatcher Driver > Permissions > Not Allowed.
Step 2: Location > set to “Allow All the Time.”
Both - Disable Battery Optimization & Enable Location Settings - Samsung:
Tap and hold the Driver App on the home screen.
Tap “App Info” on the pop up.
Location: Tap Permissions > Location > set to “Allow All the Time.”
Battery Optimization: Tap Battery > set to “Unrestricted.”
