The FleetWatcher Driver App has a menu of extra options available from the home screen. To open it, tap the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner.

This menu gives you access to your Diagnostics, the app's User Guide, Contact Support, your Profile and Password, your Last Inspection, a New Inspection, and the options to Leave Truck or Logout.

This article explains what each option does and how to use it.

Diagnostics shows technical information about your device and its connection to FleetWatcher, including your ESN, App Version, GPS coordinates, and connection status.

You will not normally need to open this screen on your own. If Support asks you to check your Diagnostics during a troubleshooting call, this is where to find that information.

Steps:

1. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the home screen.

2. Select Diagnostics.

3. Read off the requested information to Support, if asked.

4. Tap the blue checkmark in the top right corner to close the screen.

User Guide opens the Driver App's built-in reference document. It covers the app's requirements, installation steps, and how driver accounts and login work.

Steps:

1. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the home screen.

2. Select User Guide.

3. Scroll to read through the guide.

4. Tap Done in the top right corner to close it.

Contact Support connects you directly with the FleetWatcher support team.

Profile/Password is where you update your name, password, and cell phone number.

Steps:

1. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the home screen.

2. Select Profile/Password.

3. To change your name, enter your new First Name and/or Last Name.

4. To change your password, enter a new one in the Password field. Your password must be at least 8 characters.

5. To update your phone number, enter it in the Cell Phone Number field. This number is required if you want to receive text messages from FleetWatcher.

6. Tap Save.

Note: A phone number is optional, but it's required in order to receive messages.

Last Inspection shows the most recent inspection you completed.

New Inspection starts a new pre-trip or post-trip inspection.

Leave Truck disconnects you from the truck or equipment you're currently assigned to. Use this at the end of your shift, or if you're switching to a different truck.

Steps:

1. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the home screen.

2. Select Leave Truck.

3. The app returns to the home screen and shows Stopped and Unassigned, with a Return to [Truck Name] option available if you need to reconnect to the same truck later.

Logout signs you out of your FleetWatcher account entirely. Use this if you're switching to a different driver account, for example if you drive for more than one hired hauler or broker and need to log in under a different company.

Steps:

1. Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right corner of the home screen.

2. Select Logout.

3. A Confirm Logout popup appears. Tap Yes to confirm, or No to cancel.
