Introduction
Manual Load Tickets allow users to document loads that were not captured by scale integrations. These tickets will appear in scale ticket summaries and reports, providing full visibility into hauled material. Manual load tickets can be created both from the FleetWatcher mobile app and the Driver App.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Material Management > Manual Load Ticket
Step-by-step Instructions
Open the Manual Load Ticket page.
Select either:
Shift: Choose from active shifts to submit a new manual ticket tied to the shift.
Custom: Create a manual load without associating it to a specific shift.
Enter the required fields:
Shift:
Asset Name
Material
Tonnage
Custom:
Asset Name
Job ID
Tonnage
(Optional) Fill in additional fields for more detailed tracking:
Phase Code
Source
Destination
Material (if not already selected)
Review the entered information.
Tap Submit.
If any required fields are missing, the Submit button will remain inactive.
Review the confirmation pop-up:
Tap Cancel to edit information.
Tap Confirm to finalize and create the manual load ticket.
After submission, the created ticket will appear in the Scale Tickets section for review.
Notes
Manual load tickets created through this feature integrate into scale ticket summaries and reports just like automated scale tickets.
Drivers can also create manual load tickets using the FleetWatcher Driver App.
