Introduction:
Create manual scale tickets using the FleetWatcher Mobile app.
Note: The required fields are, Asset Name, JobId, and Tonnage.
Mobile App:
Add a scale ticket to an active shift:
Open the FleetWatcher Mobile app.
Navigate to: Material Management > Manual Load Ticket.
Tap the shift name to open the manual ticket screen. Notice the Shift name and JobId are populated from the active shift.
Select the Asset Name.
Enter the Tonnage.
Tap the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
If the scale ticket is not part of a shift use Custom:
Select the Custom tab.
Select the Asset Name.
Enter the JobId.
Enter the Tonnage.
Tap the submit button at the bottom to save the ticket.
