Scale Ticket ID: Internal Unique FleetWatcher ID.
FW Known (Asset Name): This column details whether the Equipment is mapped and associated with the corresponding Equipment Number.
Source: Name of the source plant. The project we pull when there is a connection in FW.
Equipment No.: This value is the same as the Scale Asset Name only when the Asset Name is known.
Plant Address: Address of the source plant. Comes from the Plant Project that the source is linked to. Associated Project information must be filled out fully to view on a PDF.
Plant Phone Number: Phone number of the associated plant. Linked to the PlantID.
Project Name: Name of the Project associated with the Scale Ticket. Comes from JobID.
Plant Contractor Temp: Temperature of the load taken by the Plant Contractor.
Plant Contractor Temp Time: A recorded time when the Plant Contractor has taken the temperature of the load.
Plant Inspector Temp: Temperature of the load taken by the Plant Inspector.
Plant Inspector Temp Time: The recorded time when the Plant Inspector has taken the temperature of the load.
Plant Inspector Temp Time: The recorded time when the Plant Inspector has taken the temperature of the load.
Roadway Contractor Temp: Temperature of the load taken by the Roadway Contractor.
Roadway Contractor Temp Time: The recorded time when the Roadway Contractor has taken the temperature of the load.
Roadway Inspector Temp: Temperature of the load taken by the Roadway Inspector.
Roadway Inspector Temp Time: The recorded time when the Roadway Inspector has taken the temperature of the load.
Waste Tons / Waste Metric Tons: The amount of material waste for a single Shift Ticket given in weight (tons). An unused amount of material.
Note: Wasted tons are not subtracted from the total tons.
Company Project Name: Same field as the Job title associated with the Scale Ticket.
DumpGPSLat: GPS Latitude of the material dump site.
DumpGPSLong: GPS Longitude of the material dump site.
Accepted or Rejected: Denotes if the load was either accepted or rejected. Input comes from Fleetwatcher. Additionally, if a Scale Ticket is rejected, all the ticket information will turn red in the generated report.
Time Accepted or Rejected: The time when the load was either accepted or rejected.
Rejected Totals: This column displays the total weight in UST of a rejected Scale Ticket.
DumpTime The exact time when the material is dumped at the dump site.
Gross Vehicle Weight The total weight of the vehicle. This field is taken from the Add/Edit Equipment page.

Ticket Number: Identification character set by the Load-out System at the Plant.
Scale Asset Name: The Scale Asset Name is the ID number of the Truck associated with the Scale Ticket and is assigned by the scale system. Linked to equipment on the job.
Ticket Date: Date and time of a Scale Ticket that is assigned by the Plant.
PlantId: Identification Number/Name assigned to the Plant by the customer. This field should not be changed unless necessary, as it will remove all historical data linked to the original PlantId.
Plant Number: The Plant Identification number that shows up on the Scale Ticket.
Job Name: Job title associated with the Scale Ticket. This field is related to a project but gives a more specific title of the job associated with the ticket.
DOT Job Name: State Assigned Job Number when multiple JobIds are needed.
Project Number: Job ID given to the project associated with the Scale Ticket. The second most important field for Scale Tickets.
FreeForm1 and FreeForm2: These two fields represent open columns that are unassigned within the Fleetwatcher Application. The Freeform fields are used by customers with unique, additional information that are inapplicable to any of the given Fleetwatcher columns.
Customer ID: A customer identification number given to the customer by the load-out system.
Phase Code: A user-inputted value used to link Scale Tickets belonging to the same Phase.
Customer Name: Name of the Customer requesting material given by the load-out system.
Load ID: The Load Identification number is a running total of Scale Tickets shipping the same material during a single working shift. The number is associated with Quantity Shipped today.
Qty Shipped Today: This number is the cumulative quantity of a specific material shipped that day. This number is created by adding all the Net Tons of a specific material for that shift.
Company/Hauler: The name or title associated with a hauler/driver. This information is the same data as the Hauler Name column.
Material ID: The Material Identification number is given to each material type. This is the material that is being loaded at the plant.
Mix ID: The Mix Identification number given to each material type. This is the material that is being loaded at the plant.
DOT Mix ID: This is a specific DOT Mix Identification number that is assigned to a mix.
Material Name: The title of the material being loaded into the vehicle.
Net Tons / Net Metric Tons*: This number represents the total amount of material (in US or Metric tons) that is loaded.
Tare Tons / Tare Metric Tons*: The title of the material being loaded into the vehicle.
Gross Tons / Gross Metric Tons*: This number represents the total weight of both equipment and material loaded in US or Metric Tons.
NetLB / Net kg*: This number represents the total amount of material (in lbs or kg) that is loaded.
TareLB: / Tare kg* The Tare weight is the total weight of the equipment (in lbs or kg) before receiving material.
GrossLB: / Gross kg* The Gross weight is the total weight of the equipment (in lbs or kg) before receiving material.
yd3: This column represents total cubic yards of material received on a Scale Ticket.
Cash Sale: A single sale instance. Used differently by different customers.
Hauler ID: The Identification number associated with a hauler/driver.
Hauler Name: The name or title associated with a hauler/driver.
License Plate: The license plate number associated with a hauler/driver.
Internal Plant ID: Manual entry of the Plant Identification Number.
Product Name: This value is the same as the Material name.
Void: Column that depicts whether a ticket has been voided. Input comes from the Plant.
GMM/GSB (Gravity): This value represents the maximum specific gravity of an HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) mixture.
GMM/GSB Value (Gravity Value): This value represents the maximum specific gravity of an HMA (Hot Mix Asphalt) mixture.
Weighmaster: Title of the person responsible for collecting the weights shown on each Scale Ticket.
Freight Rate: The charge per unit (per hundred pounds or per ton) by a carrier for the transportation of material.
Freight Pay: The net cost of the pertaining tickets freight amount.
Ship Or Receive: Denotes whether the Shift Ticket was made for shipping material or receiving material. (R vs S)
Weighmaster Expiration: The expiration date of the Weighmasters license.

DOT Plant Number: (Only if applicable) Used when DOT assigns a specific Plant number.
Capture DT: Manual Scale Ticket entry of DumpTime, which is the exact time when the material is dumped at the dump site, given as YYYY-MM-DD HH: MM: SS.
Project Loads Accumulated: The total number of loads accumulated for an entire project, as opposed to the daily number of loads accumulated.
Project Tons Accumulated: The total number of loads accumulated throughout an entire project, as opposed to the daily number of loads accumulated.
Product Code: The Identification code associated with the product being hauled.
Supplier: Title of the material supplier.
Supplier Code: Identification code associated with the specified supplier.
Truck Description: Physical description of the truck receiving material.
Trailer License Plate: License Plate number of the trailer receiving material.
Max Truck Weight: The maximum weight a truck can be at any given time while in use.
Ship To Address: The street address of the material/load dump site.
On Station STA: This field relates to the distances from the 0+00 station or the beginning of where the route starts.
Report Totals
Net Tons / Net Metric Tons*: Tracks the total tonnage of material across all Scale Tickets. Net tonnage is calculated by adding Gross tonnage and subtracting the Tare tonnage across all Scale Tickets in the generated report. (Tare weight or tonnage is defined as the total weight of tractor and trailer when the vehicle is empty, meaning there is not any product in the trailer.)
Gross Tons / Gross Metric Tons*: Tracks the total tonnage (equipment and material) across all Scale Tickets in the generated report.
Waste Tons / Waste Metric Tons*: Tracks the total tonnage of waste on all Scale Tickets in the generated report.
Loads: Tracks the total number of completed Loads across all Scale Tickets in the generated report.
Rejected Totals: Tracks the total material tonnage of any rejected Scale Tickets in the generated report.
*Metric labels and values are returned for metric customers. Imperial (US) labels and values are returned for non-metric customers.
