Introduction:
All integrated plants will display under this tab. Customers might have 1 or 15 integrated plants. All information is pulled from scale ticket data and related projects/shifts data. Plant cards are ordered by Loads with the highest at the top and lowest at bottom.

Plant Production Details:
This report will Auto Refresh every 2 min. The screen will load the current date. Use the Start/End Dates to search previous dates. Once you have selected your dates click the Generate button to display the new date. Two dropdown boxes will follow the dates.. The first box will filter the Plant Cards by the type selected. The second box will filter by Plant Type. To Exclude Milled Loads, click in the checkbox. Click on Plant Tonnage Report to review a tonnage report.
The plant name and (plantID) are located at the top of the plant card. (Requires FleetWatcher scale integration)
NOTE: The plantID is the name given to the plant within the customers loadout system.
Loads and Tons: Will display the daily loads and tons that has been shipped/received
Tracked Loads: The number of loads tracked by Today's Shifts.
Avg. At Source Time: Only Tracked Loads contribute to the Wait Time average. Plants without Tracked Loads will not display a Wait Time average.
Wait Times are color-coded: Mobile App/website: If the wait time is below the Lower Threshold, the Wait Time will be shaded green. If the Wait Time exceeds the Lower Threshold but not the Upper Threshold, the Wait Time will be shaded yellow. If the Wait Time exceeds the Upper Threshold it will be shaded in red.
Customers may increase or decrease any of the Lower or Upper Thresholds in MDS Controls as needed.
They are required fields and so must have a positive number entered. These thresholds currently apply to all Shifts and may not be set so different Wait Time Thresholds apply to different Shifts.

Each Plant Card categorizes materials as Shipped, Received, or Unclassified. Shipped includes scale tickets issued from the loadout system, while Received refers to materials that have been scaled and marked as received. Unclassified includes all other tickets that do not fit these categories. Materials are color-coded and display the total number of loads (tickets issued) and tons. At the bottom of each Plant Card, Tons per Hour and Loads per Hour graphs provide a visual representation of material flow. Hover over the graphs to view detailed load and material data for each hour.
