Introduction
Plant Production summarizes activity at all scale-integrated plants, showing loads, tracked loads, tons, and average wait (At-Source) times for the selected date range. Tap any plant to dive into detailed production graphs and material breakdowns.

To access this feature:
Go to: Material Management > Plant Production
Overview
At the top of the page:
Date/Time Range: Defaults to today's date; can be customized
Auto-Refresh: Page refreshes every 2 minutes if viewing a current or future date
Sorting: Plants can be sorted by Material Type or other selected options
Each Plant Card shows:
Loads: Total number of loads recorded
Tracked Loads: Loads with full cycle tracking
Tons: Total material tonnage moved
Avg. At-Source Time: Average time trucks spent at the plant (if available)
Viewing a Plant
Tap any plant to see expanded details:
Loads Per Hour Graph:
Visualizes number of loads shipped each hour (only visible if date range ≤ 24 hours)
Tons Per Hour Graph:
Shows material tons shipped each hour, color-coded by material type
Material Breakdown:
Lists all material types shipped, including:
Number of loads per material
Total tons per material
Color-coded to match the graphs above
Zooming on Graphs:
Spread two fingers to zoom in
Pinch fingers together to zoom out
Notes
If the selected date/time range exceeds 24 hours, the hourly graphs (Loads Per Hour and Tons Per Hour) will not be displayed.
Sorting by Material Type changes how the lower portion of the screen organizes material data.
Average At-Source Time is only available when tracked load data is present.
Some plants may have no tracked loads or source times depending on integration setup.
