Introduction
The Executive Scoreboard provides a full view of all current day's shifts, with a visual comparison between actual and ideal tonnage. It summarizes shift totals and offers quick access to shift performance and key contact information.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Material Management > Executive Scoreboard
Overview
At the top of the page:
Shifts: Total number of shifts for the day
Loads: Total load count
Tons: Total tonnage hauled
Below the totals, a graph displays:
Ideal Tonnage Line (yellow): Shows the projected tonnage goal over time
Actual Tonnage Line (red): Shows the real-time tonnage achieved
Timeframe: Past 8 hours through current time, with prediction for next 2 hours
Zoom: Pinch to zoom out, spread two fingers to zoom in
Viewing and Understanding Shifts
Each shift is listed below the graph, showing:
Shift Name
Load Count
Tonnage (Actual/Target)
A colored hand icon indicates performance:
🟢 Green: Exceeded target by 5% or more
🟡 Yellow: Within 95–105% of target
🔴 Red: Below 95% of target
Selecting a Shift
Tap on any shift to open the Shift Card and access additional features:
Contacts:
Displays Superintendent, Manager, and Other Contacts (if available)
Tap to quickly call cell or office numbers
Contacts must be set up under Manage > People > Add/Edit Users
Shift Card Details:
Project name, source, destination
First ticket details (truck number, material, tons)
Route "Compass" showing truck cycle stage
Tons completed vs estimated
Shift completion % based on time elapsed
Material breakdown (loads and tons)
Full KPI table (Tons per Hour, Cycle Time, Trucking Cost per Ton, At-Source Time, At-Destination Time)
Shift Actions:
After tapping the Shift Card, available options include:KPI Graphs
