Introduction
The Real-Time Scoreboard displays all currently active shifts and their key performance indicators. It’s designed to help field and office staff monitor real-time productivity and identify cycle issues as they happen.
📌 Unlike the Executive Scoreboard, this view shows live data only. Completed shifts are excluded.
Navigation
To access this screen:
Go to: MMS > Production > Real-Time Scoreboard
Use This Screen To:
Track KPI metrics for live shifts
Quickly identify low-performing shifts
Access Shift Cards for detailed data and tools
View updated Cycle Time averages and summaries
Launch the LCA Graph, Scale Tickets, and TCpT Report (if applicable)
Live Shift Table
Each row represents an active shift and includes metrics like:
Column | Description |
Shift Name | Clickable link to open the Shift Card |
Shift Tons / Loads | Total materials recorded so far |
TpH (Tons per Hour) | By Crew or by Truck |
FpM (Feet per Minute) | Paver speed performance |
Cycle Time | Average material cycle timing |
TCpT (Tons per Cycle per Truck) | Productivity metric per truck |
First Load / First Dump | Time-based delay indicators |
At Source / At Destination | Wait time tracking for load/dump zones |
🔄 This table updates automatically every 30 seconds.
Shift Card Overview
Click on any shift name to open the Shift Card, where you can:
View live and historical KPI performance
Launch the LCA Graph
Access Scale Tickets (if Scale Integration is enabled)
Open the TCpT Report
Enter or edit KPI Targets (for users with permission)
🚚 Cycle Details Button
When at least one cycle is complete, a new Cycle Details button appears inside the Shift Card. Clicking it opens a breakdown with:

Asset Name | Equipment that performed the cycle |
Cycle Start / End | Exact timestamps |
Cycle Time | Measured in seconds |
Cycle Total | Sum of all completed cycles |
Average Time (Seconds & Minutes) | Calculated averages for shift or table (rounded) |
📌 If the shift is currently active, values may shift slightly as new data is collected. Refresh and reopen to confirm final values.
