Introduction
The Executive Scoreboard provides a high-level view of all completed shifts across the selected date range. Unlike the Real-Time Scoreboard, this report is focused on post-shift performance — giving decision-makers insights into output, efficiency, and KPI compliance.
📌 This report is most useful for operations and leadership reviewing performance after the shift ends.
Navigation
To access this screen:
Go to: MMS > Production > Executive Scoreboard
Use This Screen To:
Review completed shifts across any date range
Benchmark against KPI targets: Tons, Loads, TpH, TCpT, etc.
Compare shift and truck performance
Drill into shift-level data including LCA Graphs and Scale Tickets
Export results for reporting or audit
Search Filters
Filter | Description |
Quick Select | Choose Yesterday, Week-to-Date, or Previous Week |
From / To Date | Enter a custom range for full control |
Projects / Shifts | Narrow results by specific jobs or shift names |
Search Button | Must be clicked to apply filters and display data |
🔍 After applying filters, click Search to load the completed shifts for the range.

Column Highlights
Each row represents a completed shift and includes:

Shift Name / Project Name | Click to open shift detail view |
Source / Destination | Plant and jobsite locations |
Shift Tons / Target Tons | Total vs expected production |
TpH (Crew/Truck) | Productivity per hour |
FpM | Feet per minute (paver speed) |
Idle Time / Idle % | Downtime during shift |
Cycle / TCpT | Cycle time and tons/cycle/truck |
At Source / At Dest | Load/dump zone wait times |
First Load / First Dump | Timing performance vs plan |
DYC (Depth, Length, Square Yards) | Paving metrics (if entered) |

Shift Detail View
Click a row to display averaged benchmarks and performance graphs for that shift.

Data Notes
The results only include shifts that ran during the search window
Metrics are calculated using FleetWatcher cycle data and scale integration (if enabled)
Totals and averages are provided at the bottom of each benchmark panel
KPI calculations can be reviewed by clicking the ⓘ icon
Export Options
Daily Details CSV – Export entire scoreboard for the filtered date range
Shift Details CSV – Export individual shift data from inside the detail view
Long Date Ranges (More Than 15 Days):
If you pick a date range longer than 15 days, the report will not download right away.
Instead, a window will pop up asking for an email address.
It will already show your email address, but you can change it if you want the report sent somewhere else.
Click Send.
The system will build your report in the background and email it to you when it is ready.
This may take a few minutes, because large reports with many days of data take longer to put together.
You do not need to keep the page open while you wait.
Once the report is ready, check your email for the file.
