Introduction
Completed Shifts displays a list of past shifts, with the ability to filter by date range, Shift Name, Project Name, Source, or Destination. Users can tap into each shift to view full KPI details, Scale Tickets, LCA graphs, Quad Analysis, and Shift Notes.
By default, the list shows the past four days, but users can adjust the date range as needed.
Navigation
To access Completed Shifts:
Go to: FleetWatcher App > Material Management > Completed Shifts

Each listed shift includes:
Shift Name and Date/Time
Project Name
Source and Destination
Load Count and Net Tons Hauled

Viewing a Completed Shift
Tapping a shift opens a detailed Shift Card, which includes:
Top Section:
First Load/Ticket summary (equipment, time, tons, material type)
First Arrival at Destination time
Project Name, Source, Destination
Total Loads and Total Tons
Middle Section:
First Load and Dump KPI comparison (Actual vs. Target time, Status)
Total Loads and Tons by Material
Bottom Section:
KPI Metrics (for entire shift):
Tons per Hour (TpH: Crew and Truck)
Cycle Time
Trucking Cost per Ton (TCpT)
At-Source Time
At-Destination Time
Each KPI compared against Target
Shift % showing performance versus Target
Color Coding:
Green: 105% or more of target (or lower for "lower is better" KPIs)
Yellow: Within 95–105% of target
Red: Below 95% of target
Note: Customers without Scale Integrations will see limited information (shift name, project, source, destination, load count, total tons).

From the Shift Card, users can view:
KPI Graphs:
Bar graph of Tons per Hour by material type (color-coded)
Line graph of Average Hourly Feet per Minute (paver travel rate)
Scale Tickets:
Summary view of all scale tickets grouped by dump time hour
Includes ticket details: load time, dump time, tons, materials, at-source/at-destination times
Option to view/edit Waste Tons, Temperatures, Ticket Status, Notes
Ability to download, view, and share a PDF of each Scale Ticket
Load Cycle Analysis (LCA) Graph:
Tracks movement through geozones (plant, destination, etc.)
Shows Engine On, Moving, Transport status, Load/Dump markers
Useful for spotting delays, unauthorized stops, or out-of-order trucks
Quad Analysis:
Breaks down truck activity by compass quadrant
Shows average number of trucks, % of time spent, and maximum trucks
Shift Notes:
Users can enter up to 1000 characters to record notes about the shift (e.g., early shift end reasons)
Mainline Paving Calculator:
Allows users to review Mainline Paving Calculations for the shift.
Displays estimated yield values based on shift production and materials data.
Create Shift Tickets:
Starts the Virtual Shift Ticket (VST) process.
Users can generate and complete shift tickets directly from the mobile app for driver compensation or record keeping.
Tip: All graphs can be enlarged using standard pinch-zoom gestures.
