Introduction
The Completed Shifts page allows you to view detailed records for past MMS and CMS shifts. This is the best place to check KPIs, download shift tickets, review scale data, and track project history over time.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: MMS > Shifts > Completed Shifts
Page Overview
The default view shows yesterday’s shifts
Use the Date field in the top left to select any past date
Click column headers (e.g., Shift Name, Project) to reorder the list
Use filters to narrow results by Project, Source, Destination, or Shift Name
Click Clear Filters to reset the view
Working with Completed Shifts
View shift details:
Click More Info under a Shift Name to open the shift editor
Use the links under Project, Source, or Destination to view those items
Access performance data:
Click the KPIs button to view Tons per Hour, First Load/Dump, and TCpT
View additional metrics like:
Shift % Complete
Material Totals
Estimated vs. Actual Loads
Review scale tickets:
Click the Load Count or Net Tons values to open the Scale Ticket Summary
Use the Download or Export options as needed
Visual tools:
Click the LCA button to open the Load Cycle Analysis Graph
Use the Shift Notes section to review or add job-specific comments

Only shifts with a completed end time appear here
KPIs reflect final values as of the shift’s end
If a shift was missed or not activated, you can retroactively activate it from Scheduled Shifts to make it appear here
