Plant Tonnage Report

Summarize total material tonnage and load counts by plant, project, phase, or other filter.

Introduction

The Plant Tonnage Report shows material movement by plant over a specified time range. It includes net tons, load counts, and the most recent scale ticket received for each plant. You can filter the report by various data fields (like Job Name or Phase Code), which dynamically adds a corresponding column to the report for further analysis.

This report includes data from integrated scale systems and manual scale ticket uploads.

At the bottom of the report, FleetWatcher calculates:

  • Total Net Tons across all rows

  • Total Loads in the filtered range

These totals update automatically based on the filter and date range you apply.

Notes

  • 🧠 “Last Retrieved Date” means the most recent time FleetWatcher received a scale ticket (via integration or manual upload) within the selected date range.

  • 📥 Filtered columns are interactive — each added column allows for sorting and dropdown filtering.

  • 📊 The report is always grouped by Plant Name, with the selected filter added for further breakdown.
