Introduction
The Material Summary Report displays total batched tons by material type, including voided, wasted, rejected, and pay-eligible values. This report supports project tracking, DOT documentation, and materials reconciliation. The screen updates after you select a date range and choose a project filter.

DOT ACL Behavior (Access Control)
DOT users can be limited to specific scale ticket reporting tools by applying the DOT Custom Scale Ticket ACL:
When applied, users can only access:
Scale Ticket Custom Detail Report
Material Summary Report
E-Ticket Summary Report Sheet
These reports will only show DOT shifts and project data to these users
🛑 Important ACL Notes:
If a user also has Report MDS or Read Only MDS ACLs, those will override the DOT ACL
To restrict DOT users properly, remove MDS-level ACLs from their role or user profile
