Introduction
The eTicket Shift Summary Sheet displays all scale ticket activity for selected projects over a date range. This report includes per-ticket details as well as totals grouped by material type. It's useful for material verification, auditing, and documentation of daily shift activity.
The report includes truck details, load times, material mixes, and any ticket notes submitted from the mobile app — including temperature readings and load acceptance/rejection actions with timestamps.

To access this feature:
Go to: MMS > Scale Reports > eTicket Shift Summary Sheet
Use This Report To:
📋 Review ticket activity grouped by shift and project
🚛 See hauler, truck, and equipment details for each ticket
📥 Export a full shift summary as PDF or CSV
📌 View material totals across batched, voided, and rejected loads
Step-by-step Instructions
Set a Date Range
Enter a Start Date and End Date (required)
Select a Project Filter
Choose one of the following:
FleetWatcher Project
Scale Ticket Project
Only one filter can be used at a time
Click Generate Report
A preview window will load with a multi-page PDF view
Export Options
Download PDF: Export the formatted summary
Download CSV: Export ticket-level data for spreadsheets

Ticket-Level Columns:
Shift ID
Project Name
Material Name
Mix ID
Gross Tons, Tare Tons, Net Tons
Truck Number
Load/Dump times
Time Loaded
Device Company
Equipment Type
Max Truck Weight
Notes (includes mobile-submitted temperatures, accept/reject entries, all with timestamps)
