Introduction
The MMS Job Summary report provides a quick overview of completed paving shifts. Each shift includes high-level production totals, tons per hour, trucking cycles, and access to detailed breakdowns. This report supports post-job reviews, cycle analysis, and productivity comparisons.
📌 This report only works for completed shifts — not for the current day.
Navigation
To access this report:
Go to: MMS > MMS Reports > MMS Job Summary
Use This Report To:
Review shift-level performance data across jobs
Open Load Cycle Analysis (LCA) reports for any shift
View and export summary metrics for pavers, trucking, and support equipment
Customize which columns appear using the Optional Columns tool
Report Filters
Pick Date: Select the shift date you want to report on. Today’s date is not allowed.
Shift Type: Choose Day, Night, or All
Generate Report: Click this to load your report results
Report Results
Each job appears as a collapsible section. Click the row to expand shift details.
Top Row: Summary for the job/project, including:
Actual Shift Tons
Target Tons
Tons per Hour
Tons per Cycle per Truck (TCpT)
LCA Link: Click “LCA” to open that shift’s Load Cycle Analysis report in a new tab.
Shift Details
Each shift includes up to three sections, depending on the equipment used:
🚜 Paver Section
Only appears if a paver or mill was set as the Source or Destination for the shift. Shows:
Equipment ID, Make/Model, Year
Start/end times for shift, engine, and loads
Run Time, Idle Time, Idle Percentage
Avg FPM (feet per minute)
🚛 Trucking Section
Lists all trucks associated with the shift, showing:
Load counts, time on job, time paving
Idle time, unauthorized stops, cycle time
📌 Only Truck ID and Loads are required. All other columns can be toggled using the Optional Columns button.
🛠 Miscellaneous Section
Only appears if miscellaneous equipment (e.g. tack trucks) worked the shift. Shows:
Equipment ID, model, shift duration, idle/run time, unauthorized stops
Column Customization
Click the Optional Columns button to manage which fields appear in the Trucking and Miscellaneous sections.
Select/Unselect individual fields
Use Select All / Unselect All for quick toggles
Export Options
Download CSV: Export the full report as a spreadsheet
Download PDF: Generate a formatted PDF for printing or sharing
