Introduction:
The following steps will guide you through the FleetWatcher login process.
FleetWatcher is optimized for the Google Chrome web browser. Other browsers may not display all the functionality of the site.
Open Google Chrome.
In the URL type: login.fleetwatcher.com
Enter your username (email) then click Sign In (bluebox).
Enter your password (case sensitive) then click Sign In (bluebox)
Once validated, the user will be logged into FleetWatcher.
Additional Details:
Click the pencil icon to edit the user name.
Click the eye icon to reveal the password. The default behavior is for passwords to be masked (hidden), but users may click on the eye icon to the right of the Password field to reveal the password entered. Click it again to re-mask the password.
When users enter in a Username on the Login screen that is not in a valid email format (example@email.com), the following message will be displayed: Username must be in the format of an email address.
If the Username is correctly formatted as an email address, but the Username or Password is not found or otherwise incorrect, this message is displayed: Username and/or Password invalid.
