Introduction:
The Assign Equipment to Projects page, also known as Easy Project Move, simplifies equipment management by enabling bulk assignments to a single project or moving equipment to an unassigned status. Users can quickly select the equipment and assign it to the desired project with just a click, streamlining the process for efficient project tracking.
Navigation:
To access this feature:
Go to:: Manage > Equipment > Assign Equipment to Projects.
Page labeled as Easy Project Move.
The left side of the screen will list all active Projects. The right side of the screen allows you to select equipment. Use the Project, Equipment Type, Equipment, Asset Type, or Company to narrow down the search.
Equipment listed on the right side of the screen will display the project assignment or unassigned in parentheses.
Start by selecting Equipment from the right side of the screen.
Select the checkbox for each piece of equipment you want to move or choose Select All when moving all equipment.
On the left side of the screen you will select the Project where you want to move the equipment.
A popup window will appear displaying the Project name.
Choose the Start Date and Time.
Click Apply
The selected equipment will display the new Project in parentheses.
Repeat the steps to move additional equipment.
