Introduction:
The Equipment Project Assignment History Report provides clarity and detail for Auto-Moves. The Auto-Move column will display 'Y' or 'N' to indicate whether equipment was moved automatically or manually. Additionally, the report includes 'Scale Ticket Moved' for equipment moved based on scale ticket assignments and 'Unassigned after Scale Ticket Move' for equipment auto-unassigned following the last scale ticket (per MMS Controls – Equipment Auto-Unassign Settings). To ensure more accurate tracking and reporting of equipment assignments.

To access this feature:
Go to: CMS > Project Reports > Equipment Project Assignment History.
Page labeled as Project Assignment History Report.
Start by selecting a piece of equipment under the Report Filters.
Click Generate Report.
The report will list:
Project: Will list the project name.
Equip Project Stat Date: The date the equipment was assigned to the project.
Equip Project End Date:Date equipment was removed from the project.
Auto-Move: Is Auto Move enabled when this event occurred.
Auto Move column details.
No: The equipment was manually moved.
Yes: The equipment was moved using Auto Moves
Scale Ticket Moved: Indicates the equipment was moved because a scale ticket was issued for the equipment under the Project Number.
Unassigned after Scale Ticket Move: used for equipment auto-unassigned following the last scale ticket (per MMS Controls > Equipment Auto-Unassigned Settings.)
