📋 Introduction
Use the Driver/Equipment Assignment History Report to review which drivers operated which pieces of equipment over a given date range. This report is especially useful when reviewing Driver Safety data or resolving assignment disputes.

To access this report:
Go to: Fleet > Driver Safety > Driver/Equipment Assignment History Report
⚙️ Report Filters & Format Options
When the page first loads, only the filter and format options are shown.
Equipment Number – Filter by specific equipment or view all
Driver – Filter by individual driver or view all
Start Date / End Date – Required for all reports
On the right:
Time Format – Choose between:
Decimal (e.g., 3.25 hours)
Minutes (e.g., 3:15)
Equipment Type – Optional; affects formatting only
Click Generate Report to load results.
🟡 Yellow Highlight Indicator
Rows highlighted in yellow indicate the driver did not sign in or out.
📑 Reading the Report
The report displays one row per driver assignment and includes:
Driver and Equipment Information
Sign In / Sign Out Timestamps
Assignment Duration
License Details and Authorization Flags
Auto Unassigned flag
🗺 Map Column: View Assignment Start and End Locations
When a driver signs in or out using the FleetWatcher Driver App, the Map column in the Driver/Equipment Assignment History report will display a link labeled “See on map.” Clicking this link opens a new browser tab that displays detailed GPS data of the assignment location(s).
📌 What You’ll See on the Map:
A map view that includes all drivers listed on the report at the time you clicked "See on map"
Start of assignment = 🟢 Green pin
End of assignment = 🔴 Red pin
🧭 Map Controls and Legend (Top Right Corner)
All – Displays both Clock In (green) and Clock Out (red) pins
Clock In – Displays only green pins
Clock Out – Displays only red pins
Selecting “All” will automatically zoom out the map to include all relevant pins
📅 Assignment Selector Panel (Right Side)
The clock icon, Start, and End buttons are all clickable
Clock icon – Zooms the map to that specific assignment
Start – Highlights the GPS location of the sign-in
End – Highlights the GPS location of the sign-out
📍 Note: These map locations are pulled directly from the GPS on the driver’s mobile device at the time of Clock In and Clock Out. Assignments made via the Assign Drivers page do not include map data and will show “Location not available” in the Map column.
⚠️ GPS Accuracy Note: Mapped locations may not be exact due to signal drift or phone reception. Date and time will always be accurate, but GPS location may be offset by ¼ to ½ mile.
