Introduction
Use the Driver Assignment Audit Report to see all changes made to driver/equipment assignments within a selected date range. The report shows who made each change, when it happened, and whether the driver was signed out manually or automatically.

To access this feature:
Go to: Fleet > Drivers > Driver Assignment Audit Report
Use This Report To:
Track changes to driver/equipment assignments
Verify who manually assigned or removed a driver
Confirm assignment timeframes for payroll or compliance
Audit assignment activity by asset or driver name

Step-by-step Instructions
Start with a blank report:
When the page loads, no data is shown by defaul
You must enter a date range to generate results
Set the date range:
Enter a Start Date and End Date using the report filters
Click Generate Report
Review grouped results:
Assignments are grouped by Asset Name and Driver Name
Each row represents a change made to that assignment
Understand the report columns:
Edit By – The FleetWatcher user who made the change
Action –
Inserted = Driver was manually assigned or manually removed
Updated = Driver was removed by Auto Sign-Out
Edit Date – When the change was logged
Driver Name – The driver involved
Asset Name – Equipment assigned
Date Assigned – When the assignment started
Date Removed – When the assignment ended (if applicable)
Auto Unassigned –
Yes = Driver was removed automatically by Driver Safety Settings
No = Driver was removed manually
Filtering notes:
This report can only be filtered by date range
No additional filters for driver name, asset, or action type are available
