Overview
The Dispatch Notifications to Drivers Report tracks all SMS notifications sent to drivers via the Request Assigned Drivers and Notify Assigned Drivers buttons within the Dispatch workflow. This read-only report shows when messages were sent, which driver was contacted, the related shift, and whether the message was successfully delivered.
Messages are sorted by shift and then by timestamp (descending), allowing dispatchers to verify notification delivery activity at a glance.

Start Date / End Date: Define your time range for the report
Generate Report: Click to load message records for the selected period
🔹 Table Columns
Column | Description |
Driver | The name of the notified or requested driver |
Shift | The dispatch shift the driver was associated with |
Requested/Notified | Indicates if the message was a formal Request or general Notification |
Message Status | Shows Sent or Delivered, based on Plivo API delivery receipt |
Time Sent | The exact timestamp the message was issued |
🖥 Export Options
Print Table: Generates a printable version of the displayed data
Download CSV: Standard CSV format
Download Excel CSV: Excel-compatible formatting
🗒 Notes & Behavior
This is a read-only report — no messages can be sent or resent from this screen
Clicking shift or recipient names does not link back to the dispatch screen
Only requests sent from the Request tab in Dispatch are tracked here
Request data is accurate at the time of generation — status may change after the report is loaded
Users can now run the report for future dates, which was not previously possible
⚠️ Note: While this report is useful for raw notification data, the Messaging tab in Dispatch provides a more detailed and real-time view of driver messages. It offers:
Expanded filters
Better message grouping (e.g., batch sends to multiple drivers)
More reliable SMS status reporting from Plivo
This report remains helpful for simple exports and quick historical checks.
