Dispatch Assignment Report

A read-only daily report used to review truck arrivals, loads, and dispatch notes for completed shifts, with export-ready summaries.

Overview

The Dispatch Assignment Report is a read-only, single-day report that provides a detailed record of truck activity from completed dispatch orders. It is typically used after the shift ends to review what occurred, compare planned vs. actual data, and export records for reporting or auditing.

Dispatchers can view the report by Shift or by Plant, with support for filtering by type, company, asset, material mix, and more. The report defaults to yesterday's date, making it easy to review the previous day’s performance.

Equipment Text Styling

The Truck column on the Dispatch Assignment Report uses different text styles to show what kind of equipment is assigned to each row:

- Hired hauler truck: Shown in bold, slightly gray text.

- No truck assigned yet: Shown in italic as a placeholder (the word 'Truck').

- All other trucks: Shown in bold text.

These styles are just visual indicators, they don't affect the data on the report.
