How to View the Dispatch Assignment Report

The Dispatch Assignment Report is a single-day report that shows dispatch activity, scheduled trucks, and arrival details for each job. The report can be run by shift or by plant and includes filtering tools and downloadable output options.

Access the Report

  1. Go to MMS > Dispatch > Dispatch Assignment Report.

  2. Select By Shift or By Plant.

  3. Choose a Switch Date.

  4. Click Submit.


Understanding Report Outputs

By Shift

Returns all dispatch assignments for the selected shift date, grouped by job.

By Plant

Returns dispatch assignments and expected tonnage grouped by plant (Source).

The One Page PDF option produces a single-page summary showing totals for each plant.


Filters

Use the dropdown to filter by:

  • Type

  • Company

  • Truck

  • Mix

  • Starting Location

  • Haul Location

Filtered results will appear immediately on the page.

CSV and PDF downloads use the same filtered results.


Totals Section

Totals update based on the Report Filter Options and filters selected.

Example totals include:

  • Total Trucks

  • Total Tons

  • Total Jobs

  • Total Brokers


How Jobs Are Displayed

Each job is shown separately with the following details at the top of the section:

  • Job Name

  • Date and time of the shift

  • Expected First Load Time

  • Expected First Dump Time

  • Target Cycle Time

Dispatch Notes and Driver Notes appear in this header when added to the shift.

The Phase Code displays to the right of the Project Number.


Truck and Driver Rows

Each row lists:

  • Type

  • Company

  • Truck

  • Driver

  • Mix

  • Starting Location

  • Haul Location

  • Scheduled Arrival Time

  • Actual Arrival Time

  • Scheduled First Load

  • First Load

  • First Dump

  • Notes


Device Status Icons

Icons indicate how the truck was tracked during the shift:

  • Mobile icon
    Indicates the driver was using the Driver App as a Device (AaaD).

  • Device icon
    Indicates a FleetWatcher hardware device.

  • Yellow warning icon
    Indicates the asset was untracked for the shift.

  • No icon
    Indicates the device type could not be determined, such as when a placeholder was used.

Hovering over an icon shows descriptive text.

Device icons do not appear on PDF, CSV, or printed versions of the report.


Shift Message Log

Click the Shift Message Log icon to view the change log for the shift.


Actual Arrival Time

Use the Refresh button if the displayed arrival time does not match the LCA.


Audit Log per Truck

An audit icon appears at the right end of each truck row.

Clicking this icon opens the change log for that specific dispatch assignment.
