Overview
The Dispatch Request Report allows dispatchers to view the current status of third-party hauler dispatch requests sent via the Request tab within the Dispatch Board. This read-only report shows whether emailed requests were Accepted, Denied, Cancelled, or remain Pending.
The report can be generated for past, current, or future dates.

Primary Use Cases
Review hauler responses to emailed dispatch requests
Identify pending or denied requests for follow-up
Confirm accepted requests and truck counts
Download a CSV for tracking or reconciliation
Layout & Functionality
Filters
Shift Start Date / Shift End Date: Choose the range of shifts to review
Status Visibility Filters: Click icons to toggle visibility

🔁 Pending
Blue = visible, White = hidden
Each row includes:
Shift Name
Recipient (Person the request was sent to)
Recipient's Company
Requested Time
Status
Truck Count
Export Options
Download CSV: Exports filtered results
PDF printing is not available for this report
Notes & Behavior
This is a read-only report. You cannot change or resend a request from here.
Clicking shift or recipient names does not link back to the dispatch screen
Only requests sent from the Request tab within the Dispatch Board are tracked here
Request data is accurate at the time of generation. Status may change after the report is loaded
Users can now run the report for future dates, which was not previously possible
