📌 Introduction
This report displays a history of all omitted Driver Safety infractions. Omissions are applied from the Driver Safety Details page when users choose to exclude specific events from a driver’s safety record. Each row includes the infraction type, driver and equipment information, and who performed the omission.
The report loads blank by default. Use the filters to select a date range and optionally filter by driver.

Go to: Fleet > Driver Safety > Driver Safety Omissions
🔍 Report Filters
Driver – Displays all drivers with omitted events (not dynamically filtered by date).
Start Date / End Date – Filters omissions by the date the original infraction occurred.
Click Generate Report to view results.
📊 Report Table Overview
Each row in the table shows one omitted infraction.
Column Name | Description |
Driver | Name of the driver associated with the omitted infraction |
Equip Number | Equipment the driver was operating at the time |
Omitted By | Full name of the user who performed the omission |
Event Date | Date and time the original infraction occurred |
Event Type | Will display Engine Running |
📥 Export Options
Print Table – Opens the report in a print-friendly layout
Download CSV – Exports the current table to CSV format
Excel Formatted CSV – Exports a clean Excel-compatible version
💡 Need to Undo an Omission?
Omitted events can be re-included from the Driver Safety Details page. Locate the infraction, click Include, and save changes using the Update button.
