Introduction
The Equipment Availability Report displays near real-time status for all monitored equipment. It shows when each unit was last active, what project it’s currently assigned to, and the most recent engine activity. This report is frequently used to verify asset availability, engine health, and current utilization.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Manage > Legacy Reports > Equipment Availability Report
Use This Report To:
See which assets are running, turned off, or inactive
Confirm current project assignments and asset locations
Access direct links to daily productivity data, breadcrumb history, and equipment details
Check last engine start and update times
Review diagnostics or telematics-based update reasons
Step-by-step Instructions
Go to Manage > Legacy Reports > Equipment Availability Report
Use Asset Type and Equipment Type filters to narrow the list
Filter by Project or Company if needed
(Optional) Select checkboxes to display:
Hour Meter
Lifetime Hours
Odometer
Maintenance
Click Generate Report
What’s Displayed
The report table includes:
Last Started: Most recent engine-on timestamp
Equipment Number and linked equipment details
Manufacturer, Model, and Equipment Type
Project: Current assignment
Asset Type: On-Road or Off-Road
Last Update Date: Time of most recent engine event or update
Reason for Update: Source of the last update (e.g., engine turned on, diagnostic code)
Productivity: Opens a popup showing daily productivity data
Breadcrumb: Opens GPS breadcrumb history for location and movement tracking

Live Links
Click the equipment number to open full equipment details, usage summaries, and maintenance records
Click Show under Productivity to open a daily usage popup
Click Breadcrumb to view a map with GPS activity, speed, heading, and location pins
Usage & Maintenance Data
Equipment details include: run hours, odometer readings, PM intervals, location, and status
Maintenance tab shows hours or miles until next scheduled PM (if configured)
Important Notes
All timestamps are shown in the account’s configured time zone
Updates reflect engine data from the device (requires supported telematics device)
Equipment must be properly assigned to show in project-level filters
