Current Fleet Status

View the current status, last update, and location of each asset in your fleet.

Introduction

The Current Fleet Status Report provides a real-time snapshot of your fleet’s activity. It displays the last transmission and last known location of each asset, helping you quickly determine what equipment is actively reporting and what’s currently idle.

Go to: Fleet > Location > Current Fleet Status

Report Options:

At the top of the page, you can adjust which columns appear in the report using the following checkboxes:

  • Hour Meter – Adds the current hour meter value for each asset

  • Lifetime Hours – Shows the total operating hours logged for the asset

  • Odometer – Displays the last known odometer reading

  • Maintenance – Adds current maintenance status and highlights upcoming or overdue tasks

  • Use Reset Default Optional Columns to return to the default view.

Click Generate Report to apply your filters and load updated results.


Key Columns Explained:

  • Equip Number – Click the blue link to open the Equipment Card pop-out.

  • Last Update Date – Shows when the last update was received.

  • Reason for Update – Lists the device packet received (e.g., Heartbeat, Engine Running).

  • Icon – Visual indicator of the update type. Also used in breadcrumb trails and Driver Safety Reports. See [Device Ping/Event Icons].

  • Speed/Heading – Displays current movement, if available.

  • Manufacturer / Model / Equipment Type / Asset Type – Standard FleetWatcher columns showing asset specs and classification.

  • Project – Assigned project. Highlights blue if the Project and Current GeoZone don’t match (unless unassigned).

  • Current GeoZone – Shows the last known geo-fenced area.

  • Productivity – Click Show to open a Daily Productivity Report pop-out.

  • Breadcrumb – Opens the full breadcrumb trail view.

  • Address – Reverse geo-coded location of the asset.

  • Last Seen By – For BLE Assets, shows which Bluetooth device last picked up the beacon.

  • Device Signal Strength – Bluetooth signal strength from the BLE Beacon at the time of last ping.


Legend (Color Highlights):

  • Teal Blue: Project and GeoZone mismatch

  • Yellow: Upcoming maintenance

  • Red: Maintenance overdue

  • Green: Not in correct GeoZone

Use the top-right buttons to download the report as a CSV or print it directly from your browser.
