Introduction
The Last GPS Location Report shows the most recent GPS ping for each tracking device across all asset types, including On-Road, Off-Road, and BLE Asset. This report helps you locate devices that may have stopped reporting or have not moved recently—even if the equipment itself is still operating.
Navigation:
To access this feature:
Go to: Fleet > Location > Last GPS Location
When the page loads, it will be blank until you run the report. Use the Asset Type dropdown to select a specific type or leave it set to All, then click Generate Report to load results.

Report Options:
Use the checkboxes at the top of the page to add optional columns:
Equipment Manufacturer
Model
Lat (Latitude)
Lng (Longitude)
You can also click Reset Default Optional Columns to restore the default view. Click Generate Report to refresh results.
Key Columns Explained:
Equip Number – Click the blue link to open the Equipment Card pop-out.
Equipment Type – Describes the type of equipment (e.g., Dump Truck, BLE Asset).
Project – The project the equipment is assigned to.
Current GeoZone – The geo-fenced area where the device last reported.
Last GPS Date – Timestamp of the last GPS update received from the device.
Icon – Visual indicator of the update type. See [Device Ping/Event Icons].
Reason for Update – The update packet received from the device (e.g., Tool Location, Heartbeat).
Hours Until Next PM – Remaining hours before the asset is due for Preventative Maintenance.
Miles to Next PM – Remaining miles before the asset is due for Preventative Maintenance.
Asset Type – Indicates if the asset is On-Road, Off-Road, or a BLE Asset.
Breadcrumb – Opens the full breadcrumb trail view.
Address – Reverse geo-coded location of the last ping.
Last Seen By – The Bluetooth reader or device that last picked up the beacon.
Device Signal Strength – Bluetooth signal strength from the BLE Asset device at the time of last ping.
