Introduction

The Daily Productivity Report provides a detailed view of equipment activity across all projects. Use this report to assess productive, idle, and roll time, and identify performance trends by project, equipment type, or day.

Navigation

To access this feature:

Go to: CMS > Daily Productivity > Daily Productivity

Use This Report To

Track daily productive vs. idle time for each piece of equipment
Identify high-productivity (≥80%) and low-productivity (≤60%) performance
Filter results by project, equipment type, or equipment status
Review detailed engine start/stop cycles and hourly productivity
Access breadcrumb trails for daily equipment movement
Export summaries for operations reviews or audits

Step-by-step Instructions

Go to CMS > Daily Productivity > Daily Productivity.
Use the filters at the top of the page to choose what data to include:
- Projects: Active / Inactive / Both
- Equipment: Active / Retired / Both
- Asset Type: On-Road / Off-Road
Use the Report Filters on the right to narrow results:
- Select specific equipment, a project, or equipment type
- Choose a start date and end date
  - If left blank, defaults to the last 7 days
Choose your Time Format: Decimal or Minutes.
(Optional) Use the checkboxes under Report Options to add or remove columns:
- Project
- % Calculations
- Productive Time
- Hour Meter
- Lifetime Hours
- Odometer
- Transport Info
Click Generate Report to view results.

What You’ll See

Each row shows a daily summary of engine hours, productivity percentages, and load activity.
Red highlights indicate productivity ≤ 60%.
Green highlights indicate productivity ≥ 80%.
Click the Equipment Number to view Equipment Details.
Click the Date to access:
- Start/Stop: Full list of ignition cycles for the day
- By Hour: Productivity data in 5-minute increments
- Breadcrumb: Visual GPS trail of the equipment's movement
If the equipment had no activity on selected dates, the message will display:
“This equipment had no activity during this time.”

Export Options

Use the export buttons at the top of the report to save or share results:
