Single Day Productivity by Project Report

Review a single day’s productivity by project. Compare equipment across jobs and export data for summaries or pivot table use.

Introduction

The Single Day Productivity by Project Report shows how each piece of equipment performed on a specific date, grouped by project. It’s ideal for job-level reviews of run time, idle time, and asset productivity.

To access this feature:

Go to: CMS > Daily Productivity > Single Day Productivity by Project


Use This Report To

  • View productivity by project for a specific calendar day

  • Compare run time and idle time across jobs

  • Filter by equipment, project, or equipment type

  • Access Equipment Details directly from the report

  • Export totals, averages, and full data for deeper analysis


Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Go to CMS > Daily Productivity > Single Day Productivity by Project.

  2. Use the filters at the top of the page to choose what data to include:

    • Projects: Active / Inactive / Both

    • Equipment: Active / Retired / Both

    • Asset Type: On-Road / Off-Road

  3. Use the Report Filters on the right to narrow results:

    • Select individual equipment

    • Select a project

    • Choose an equipment type

    • Select a report date

      • If left blank, defaults to yesterday’s date

  4. Choose your Time Format: Decimal or Minutes.

  5. (Optional) Use the checkboxes under Report Options to add or remove columns:

    • Supp Time 1 / 2

    • Equipment Manufacturer

    • Hour Meter

    • Load Counter

    • Odometer

    • Timezone

    • Lifetime Hours

    • Model

    • Row Numbers

    • Engine Info

    • % Calculations

    • Productive Time

  6. Click Generate Report to view results.

    • If fewer than 50 pieces of equipment are in your system, you can click Generate Report without using filters.

    • If more than 50, use filters to narrow down your selection before generating.


What You’ll See

  • Equipment is grouped and labeled by project

  • Each project section includes:

    • Superintendent name

    • Manager name

    • List of assets with Run Time, Productive Time, Idle Time, Roll Time, and more

  • Click any Equipment Number to view Equipment Details

  • Report includes totals and averages per project section

  • If no data is available for the selected date, the report will be blank


Export Options

Use the export buttons at the top of the report to save or share results:

  • Print Table

  • Download CSV

  • Excel Formatted CSV

  • Download Full CSV Data (ideal for building pivot tables in Microsoft Excel)
