Introduction
The Single Day Productivity Report gives a focused view of equipment performance for a single calendar day. This report helps identify time spent running versus idling and includes optional graph views to support quick visual analysis.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: CMS > Daily Productivity > Single Day Productivity
Use This Report To
Review idle time vs. productive time for a specific day
Compare asset performance using visual graphs
Filter by equipment, project, or asset type
Drill into daily performance using pie and bar charts
Access the Equipment Details screen directly from the report
Export daily summaries for audits or reporting
Step-by-step Instructions
Go to CMS > Daily Productivity > Single Day Productivity.
Use the filters at the top of the page to choose what data to include:
Equipment: Active / Retired / Both
Project Status: Active / Inactive / Both
Asset Type: On-Road / Off-Road
Use the Report Filters on the right to narrow results:
Select specific equipment, a project, or equipment type
Choose a report date
If left blank, defaults to yesterday's date
Check Only Active Equipment to limit the report to equipment that had recorded activity on the selected date. This can make the report run faster, especially for large fleets.
Choose your Time Format: Decimal or Minutes.
(Optional) Use the checkboxes under Report Options to add or remove columns:
Project
Equipment Manufacturer
Hour Meter
Odometer
Timezone
Lifetime Hours
Model
Row Numbers
% Calculations
UDF1–UDF4
Productive Time
Click Generate Report to view results.
If fewer than 50 pieces of equipment are in your system, you can click Generate Report without using filters.
If more than 50, use filters to narrow down your selection before generating.
What You’ll See
A pie chart showing productive vs. idle time for the selected day
A table with:
Equipment Number
Engine Start and Stop
Run Time
Productive, Idle, and Roll Time
Miles, Loads, Project Info
Off-Road Rate and Off-Road Charge
Click the Equipment Number to view full Equipment Details
Click the grey Bar Graph button next to the pie chart to open a visual breakdown by:
Model
Equipment Type
Project
Idle Time %
If the report date has no matching activity, the report will return blank
NOTE: If your fleet has a large number of pieces of equipment, this report may take a little longer to load the first time you run it. The report now loads data in smaller batches behind the scenes so it can finish without timing out. You'll see a loading progress indicator while this happens.
Export Options
Use the export buttons at the top of the report to save or share results:
