Introduction
The Daily Productivity By Hour report shows how your equipment was used throughout the day — hour by hour. It includes runtime details like productive time, idle time, roll time, and mileage. The report helps identify usage patterns and hourly efficiency for on-road and off-road units.

To access this feature:
Go to: Manage > Legacy Reports > Daily Productivity By Hour
Use This Report To:
View equipment runtime details by the hour
Identify idle, roll, and productive time percentages
Analyze off-road cost impact when applicable
Compare performance between shifts or projects
Step-by-step Instructions
Go to Manage > Legacy Reports > Daily Productivity By Hour
Under Report Filters, select:
Asset Name (required)
Date (defaults to today if left blank)
Under Format Options, choose:
Time format: Decimal or HH:MM
(Optional) Filter by Equipment Status
Click Generate Report to view results
Report Behavior
The report displays one row per hour with totals at the bottom
Time blocks can be expanded into smaller segments for more detail
Clicking on the Equipment Number opens a popup Equipment Details card
