Productivity by Project

View detailed productivity, fuel, and runtime metrics for a specific project, broken down by equipment over a selected date range.

Introduction

The Productivity by Project report provides an in-depth view of equipment performance within a single project. This report is commonly accessed by clicking on a project name from broader productivity reports, or it can be run directly by selecting a project from the dropdown in the CMS. It includes visual graphs, daily totals, and a breakdown by unit and date.


Navigation

To access this feature:

Go to: CMS > Next Gen Productivity > Productivity by Project


Use This Page To

  • Analyze daily performance trends for a single project

  • View productive vs. idle time, roll time, and miles per asset

  • Compare performance across equipment types within the project

  • Visualize productivity over time by equipment type

  • Exclude metrics from graphs for clearer comparison

  • Export full results to CSV for analysis or reporting


Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Navigate to CMS > Next Gen Productivity > Productivity by Project

  2. Select a Start Date, End Date, and choose a Project from the dropdown

  3. Click Generate Report

  4. Review the report’s three graph types at the top:

    • Productive vs Idle Time by Equipment

    • Productive vs Idle % by Equipment

    • Productivity % Over Time by Equipment Type

  5. Scroll to the table section for day-by-day breakdowns by unit

  6. Use filter fields below the column headers to refine or sort data

  7. Click Download CSV to export the full dataset


Important Notes

  • Graph Interactions: Click on items in the graph legends (e.g., “Idle Time”) to hide/show them in the charts

  • Search & Filters: Use text inputs below column headers to run fuzzy searches or sort specific values

  • Exclusions: Segments of productivity data that don’t meet the minimum threshold are listed at the bottom of the page

  • Breadcrumb & Equipment Info:

    • Click the (i) icon to access Equipment Details

    • Click the globe icon to view the Breadcrumb Trail
