Today's Project

Today's Projects is a real-time monitoring hub that provides a comprehensive overview of all active projects, including equipment usage, fuel consumption, productivity stats, and maintenance needs.

Learn how to access the CMS Today’s Project Feature to see project data at a glance. Please note: At this time the CMS Today’s Project is only available on the FleetWatcher website.

Today’s Project:

All CMS cards will display by default. Use the search filters, Project Types and Projects to narrow your search. The reset button will reset the search boxes. The Exclude Non-Standard is used to exclude Unauthorized or Unassigned projects. Click the red Refresh button in the top right corner to manually update the page details. Today’s Project page will auto-refresh every 5 minutes. The auto refresh will clear all filters.

Each active CMS Project card will provide a summary with actionable links.

  • Click the Project name (red text) to open the Project details in a new browser window.

  • The Map pin will open a Map view of your project and the wrench will open the Maintenance Due Report.

Project Details:

  • Equipment Count: Number of pieces of equipment on a job.

    • Click the number to open the Utilization Summary Report.

  • Total Run Time: Total hours of all the time all pieces of equipment have been running.

  • Total Miles: Number of miles traveled on a job amongst all equipment.

  • Total Fuel Usage: Gallons of fuel used on a job amongst all equipment.

    • Click the red number of gallons to open the Fuel Report.

    • Note: This information is only available on equipment that is capable of capturing Fuel and RPM data from the vehicle BUS.

  • Product Percentage: Calculated by dividing total productive time by total run time

    • Click the number to open the Next Gen, Productivity by Project Report.

Equipment list:

  • To see a list of all the equipment on a jobsite, click the down arrow in the top right corner of the project card.

  • Clicking the red All Data button will open a popup window that displays the Productivity By Project report.

  • There are two red icons to the right of the equipment name.

  • The first icon will open the equipment details and the second will open a breadcrumb trail map for the individual pieces of equipment.

  • The Equipment list will allow you to see details like equipment name, equipment type, run time, miles traveled, fuel usage and productivity percentage.
