Introduction:
The Star Icon in the top right corner allows users to bookmark pages for quick access. Hover the mouse over the star icon to display 12 favorites the user can re-order on the Manage Favorites page. Follow these steps to add, manage, and reorder your favorites:
How to Use the Favorites Feature
Accessing Favorites
12 titles will appear in the Favorites menu, located when you hover the mouse over the star icon.
The default display order is from the oldest favorite screen to the newest.
If no options are favorited, the Favorites menu will only show the Manage Favorites option.
The same 12 favorites will display at the bottom of the Dashboard screen.
Click the Manage Favorite link to reorder or unfavorite your list.
Adding a page to Favorites.
Navigate to the desired page in the menu bar.
Hover the mouse over the star icon (top right corner) to open the favorite menu.
Select “Click to Favorite this page” and the star will become solid white.
To remove a favorite, hover the mouse over the star icon and select “Click to unfavorite the page.”
Managing Favorites
Go to the Manage Favorites screen to customize your Favorites list.
Navigate to the Dashboard screen and click Manage Favorites on the right side of the screen.
The Manage Favorites screen will list all pages that have been bookmarked.
Reorder Favorites: Drag and drop items to your preferred order.
Unfavorite Options: Click the red Unfavorite button to remove an item from the list.
Additional Notes
Only menu bar pages can be favorited.
DOT users with the DOT Authorization Role cannot use the Favorites feature.
