The Dashboard presents widgets with actionable links to popular screens.

Introduction

The Dashboard presents widgets with actionable links to popular screens based on the ACL’s (Access Control List) granted to the user under Authorization Roles. Many of the widgets display current counts or conditions along with links to drill-down into the data or open related pages.

Navigation:

To access this feature:

Click the word Dashboard from the top legend.


  1. Manage Favorites. The top left corner of the page you will find Manage Favorites. Click the link to open the (Manage Favorites) page.

  2. Default Home Screen. Users can set the Default Home Screen by selecting the Dashboard or Map in the right corner of the page.

    1. Note: The dark blue box indicates the default.

  3. Dashboard Map Overview. The map displays a static view of your fleet's current positions upon page load.

    1. Refresh Data: Click Reload Map to update the pins and polygons without refreshing the entire browser page.

    2. Expand View: Click Full Map Screen to navigate directly to the interactive Map page for advanced filtering and tracking.


Widget Details:

  • Device Status: The hyperlink will open the Device Inventory page. The information icon in the top right corner of the device status widget will provide details of each description.

    • Check-In Overdue - Device Status is Installed, but the device Last Transmitted more than 24 hours ago.

    • Device-Battery Low - The internal battery in the device is nearly drained. Reconnect it to asset-power soon or it will stop transmitting.

    • No Power from Asset - A device that normally receives power from the Asset on which it is installed is not receiving power from the asset. That means that either the Asset is providing voltage under 7V or no voltage at all. Note that this will be displayed if the Asset-battery is intentionally disconnected (for example, using a master-disconnect switch).

    • Asset Low-Voltage - The Asset's battery voltage is low enough that the vehicle may not start without a jump-start. If it continues to drop, this device will move from this status to the No Power from Asset status.

    • New/Uninstalled - Device is not currently installed on an asset (Device Status = Uninstalled or Device Status = New)

    • Installed - No Critical Issues - The device is installed and functioning within normal parameters.

  • Today’s Shifts: The hyperlink will direct you to Today’s Shifts page.

    • This widget will display the number of active shifts and the date.

    • A link to the Completed Shifts page to review past shifts.

    • A link to the Plant Production page where you can review material production for the day.

  • Dispatch Board: This hyperlink will direct you to the Fulfill Dispatch page.

    • This widget will display the number of shifts that need fulfillment.

    • A link to the Order Dispatch page to begin ordering trucks.

    • A link to the Day-of-Actuals report to monitor the activity of dispatched trucks.

  • Real Time Scoreboard: The hyperlink will direct you to the Real Time Scoreboard page where you can review all shifts KPI data in real time.

    • This widget will display the number of shifts running.

    • This Week and Last Week hyperlinks will direct you to the Executive Scoreboard to review past shifts.

  • Scheduled Shifts: The hyperlink will direct you to the Scheduled Shifts page where you can activate shifts.

    • This widget will display the number of scheduled shifts available.

    • A link to the Add/Edit Shifts page where you can create new shifts.

    • A link to the Dispatch Assignment Report. This is a single day report that provides details on arrival times of dispatched trucks.

  • Maintenance Due: The hyperlink will direct you to the Maintenance Due report.

    • This widget will display the number of trucks that need attention because of a past due or upcoming maintenance.

    • A link to the Preventative Maintenance page where you can add or edit maintenance records.

    • A link to the Maintenance History report to review past maintenance.

  • Driver Safety: This hyperlink will direct you to the Driver Safety Leaderboard. This feature uses your existing FleetWatcher devices to track how safely your drivers are operating their vehicles.

    • This widget will display the number of drivers that need attention based on the Driver Safety Settings page.

    • A link to the Driver Safety Settings page to adjust company wide infractions.

    • A link to the Driver Assignment History page to review driver assignments.

  • Manage Equipment: This hyperlink will direct you to the Add/Edit Equipment page where you can add/edit/review the customers equipment list.

    • This widget will display the total number of equipment reporting today.

    • A link to the Bulk Upload Equipment page.

    • A link to the Equipment Inventory Summary Report page.

  • Productivity Reports: This hyperlink will display you to the Next Gen Productivity Report.

    • This widget will display Past Week’s Productivity data for projects.

    • A link to the Single Day Productivity by Project Report.

    • A link to the Utilization Summary Report.

  • Problem Shifts: This hyperlink will direct you to the Scheduled Shifts page.

    • This widget will display the number of shifts without a source or destination.

    • Clicking the hyperlink will open the Today’s Shifts page where users can make adjustments to their shifts.

  • Cameras: The Cameras card shows real camera event data.

    • Clicking on Cameras takes you to the Camera Overview page. Clicking on Camera Status, Events or Trips will take you to each page.


ACLs required to see widgets on the Dashboard:

  • Device Status: User must have the Report Device ACL

  • Today's Shifts: The user must have either the Manage MDS or the Read Only MDS ACL

  • Fulfill Dispatch: The user must have either the Report Dispatch Edit or the Report Dispatch By Project ACL

  • Real-Time Scoreboard: The user must have the Report KPIs Dashboard ACL

  • Scheduled Shifts: The user must have the Manage MDS ACL

  • Maintenance Due: User must have both the Report and the Manage PM ACLs

  • Driver Safety: User must have the Driver Safety ACL

  • Manage Equipment: User must have the Manage Equipment ACL

  • Productivity: User must have the Report Productivity ACL

  • Camera Events: Displays when the Camera feature flag is enabled


Favorites:

Favorites are displayed after the widgets on the Dashboard page. Click HERE to learn more about how to manage your favorites page. Favorites can be changed or re-ordered by clicking Manage Favorites.
