April 2026 Release Summary

This month’s updates focus on improving dispatch accuracy, strengthening administrative controls, and enhancing reporting reliability. We’ve also introduced new capabilities in reporting and mobile notifications to help teams work more efficiently and with greater confidence in their data.

New Features & Enhancements

User-Defined Fields in Reports

All reports now support User Defined Fields (UDFs), allowing teams to include custom data points in exports and tailor reports to their specific workflows.


Dispatch SMS Notifications (Mobile – Classic Dispatch)

Drivers now receive mobile notifications when they are assigned to an order in Classic Dispatch, helping ensure assignments are seen quickly and reducing missed or delayed jobs.


Camera Dashboard Widget

A new Cameras widget has been added to the main dashboard, providing quicker access to fleet camera feeds.


Camera Speed Conversion Tool

Users can now convert speed data from kilometers per hour (KPH) to miles per hour (MPH) directly within the interface.

This can be found by clicking Manage > Devices > Cameras > Settings.


Custom Equipment Labeling Update

The weight class label for custom equipment has been updated from “Low” to “Light” to ensure consistency across the platform.

Android App Performance Improvements

Updates to underlying Android technologies improve app performance, stability, and responsiveness for both Driver and Field applications.

Completed Shifts Performance

Improved performance on the Completed Shifts page to provide faster load times and a smoother experience when reviewing scale ticket data.

Dispatch Improvements (New Dispatch)

  • Added validation to prevent dispatch orders from being submitted with zero trucks

  • Improved how hired hauler availability is displayed when creating or editing dispatches

  • Fixed an issue where placeholder rows did not update correctly without a manual refresh

  • Improved how placeholder states are handled for a smoother dispatch workflow

  • Fixed an issue where inactive customers were appearing in dispatch placeholder lists

Dispatch Improvements (General)

  • Fixed an issue where hired haulers could receive incorrect truck counts in dispatch assignments

  • Fixed an issue where Auto-SMS preferences were not always applied correctly when editing dispatch assignments

  • Improved Load Cycle Analysis reporting to ensure it accurately reflects dispatch assignments

Reporting & Data Accuracy Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where coupled Verizon devices were not appearing correctly in Device Inventory exports

  • Resolved an issue where outdated driver app version data was impacting automated reports

  • Improved report generation to prevent errors for certain equipment and date ranges

  • Improved load times for IFTA Detail reports to provide faster access to fuel tax data

  • Fixed an issue where homepage map preferences were not saving correctly

Permissions & Administrative Improvements

  • Fixed an issue where drivers were appearing in restricted equipment view settings instead of only applicable users

  • Resolved issues with camera-related user permissions to ensure access is enforced correctly based on roles

  • Improved system reliability by strengthening permission enforcement and ensuring consistency between on-screen data and exported reports

  • Completed backend updates to improve overall system stability, reliability, and long-term performance.
