Introduction:
This report will display all active AaaD users for the specific date range searched. Trucks listed in this report will be billed based on a 24-hour billing cycle. Customers can log in as many times as needed within that 24-hour period without affecting billing.

Go to: Fleet > Devices > App as a Device Usage Audit
App as a Device Usage Audit Details:
Use the Pick Date Range option to review specific days. After selecting the desired dates, click Generate Report to view the results. Under Report Options, users can add extra column headers such as Company, Division ID, and Division Name for customers using divisions.

Billable Day Count: Provides the number of days the customer will be billed.
Billable Day: Days where App usage occurred while based on the date search.
Truck Number: Asset selected by Driver within the Drive App.
Login Name: The Login Name of the User when the transaction was made.
First/Last Name: Drivers first and last name.
ESN: represents current phone used for Driver App tracking (Short number Android, long number iOS).
Start of Billing Day: Start of billing date.
End of Billing Day: End of billing date.
Packet Count: The number of times the device pinged within the search dates.
GPS Transmission Activity: Click button to open the GPS Transmission Activity report.

App Status and the meaning of each status:
In driving mode - Driver is clocked-in and in driving mode. This means he/she is updating every minute
Stopped driving - Driving has hit stop driving and is not currently transmitting. Should be seeing this at the end of the day
Updates stopped - Driver is not currently updating but was last seen in driving mode. This means he/she has the app in the background with incorrect location settings (needs to be allowed all the time), or the driver has forced closed the app and cut off the communication to FleetWatcher. Once we see updates stopped we will continue to transmit the last known location of that vehicle until they open the app again.
