Introduction
The App as a Device Fleet Status Report provides the status of all current App as a Device (AaaD) usage.

Go to: Fleet > Devices > App as a Device Fleet Status
App as a Device Fleet Status Details.
This page will display the current and last status of drivers using App as a Device. Use this page to monitor drivers and troubleshoot issues.
App as a Device Fleet Status Column Headers defined:
Equipment Number: Asset Name or Equip No found in the Equipment List.
ESN: Generated from the user's phone.
Manufacturer/Model: Details from the equipment list.
Last Transmitted: The last time AaaD reported.
Asset Type: Equipment Type identifier.
Login Name: Username from the Driver Profile.
First/Last Name: The Driver’s first and last name.
Device Company: The company the driver is associated with.
Platform: Displays the phone platform.
App Status: This is similar to "Reason For" on the GPS Transmission Activity Report. Displays based on the last status update received. Color coordinated.
In driving mode - Driver is clocked-in and in driving mode. This means he/she is updating every minute.
Stopped driving - Driving has hit stop driving and is not currently transmitting. Should be seeing this at the end of the day.
Updates stopped - Driver is not currently updating but was last seen in driving mode. This means he/she has the app in the background with incorrect location settings (needs to be allowed all the time), or the driver has forced closed the app and cut off the communication to FleetWatcher. Once we see updates stopped we will continue to transmit the last known location of that vehicle until they open the app again.
Update Stopped will trigger if no new information has been received from the phone for 10 minutes.

App Version: displays current Driver App version, great tool for knowledge if a driver needs to update their application
OS Version: displays current Iphone app version
