Virtual Shift Ticket (VST) Settings in Shift Setup

Configure clock-in/out rules, pay rates, and billing settings directly from the Add/Edit Shifts page.

Introduction

FleetWatcher allows you to preconfigure all VST-related settings when creating or editing a shift. These settings control how Virtual Shift Tickets calculate driver time, trucking cost, and billing data. Once saved, these values are used for all VSTs created for that shift.

4. Phase Code Matching (Optional)

  • Enable “Override Scale Ticket Phase Code” if needed

6. Advanced Settings (from MMS Controls)

  • Decimal precision for time

  • First Load as Clock In toggle

  • Last Load as Clock Out toggle
