Introduction
The Weighmaster Signature Upload tool allows you to import official signature images into FleetWatcher. These signatures are shown on scale ticket PDFs for compliance and verification purposes.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Manage > Scale Tickets > Weighmaster Signature Upload
Step-by-step Instructions
Create and Save the Weighmaster Signature
Use any signature capture method (scanner, stylus pad, e-signature app, etc.)
Save the file as PNG, JPG, GIF, or BMP
Keep file size under 2MB (FleetWatcher will optimize images over 50kB)
Enter Weighmaster Name and Number
Use the full Weighmaster Name as recognized by the scale house (First and Last)
Enter the unique Weighmaster Number
Select the Signature File
Click Choose File to upload the saved signature image
Once selected, a preview will appear in the Image Preview Window
Save or Update Signature
Click Save New Weighmaster Signature
(or Update Weighmaster Signature if you're replacing an existing file)A confirmation popup will appear — click OK
Behavior Notes
📁 Uploaded images are automatically converted to PNG format
🖼️ Images are resized to a width or height of 300px, maintaining aspect ratio
(e.g., 1000×500 becomes 300×150)🧼 Files over 50kB will be compressed automatically
❌ Images over 2MB will be rejected
✔️ Most signature files are reduced to 10–50kB after processing
✅ Once uploaded, the signature will be included on all relevant Scale Ticket PDFs
