Introduction
The Weighmaster Signature Viewer allows users to browse all uploaded weighmaster signatures and view individual images. Only one signature is active per weighmaster at a time.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: Manage > Scale Tickets > Weighmaster Signature Viewer
Step-by-step Instructions
Browse the Table
Records appear in alphabetical order by Weighmaster Name
Each row shows Name, Number, Signature ID, Start Date, and End Date
If a weighmaster has multiple entries, the most recent is shown first
View a Signature
Click View Signature in the far-right column
A popup will display the image in a clean preview window
Click the X in the top corner to close and return to the report
Export or Print the Table (optional)
Use Print Table, Download CSV, or Excel Formatted CSV
This is helpful for auditing or managing internal signature records
Behavior Notes
📄 Only one signature is active at a time per weighmaster
🔄 If a new version is uploaded, it becomes the current signature
📱 Scale Ticket PDFs on mobile and Driver Apps will now display the active Weighmaster Signature and Number, when available
If no signature exists, the ticket PDF remains unchanged
Driver App shows the signature only for the most recent ticket tied to the truck.
