Untracked Trucks History

Identify trucks that were not tracked by FleetWatcher but still had loads recorded during a specific date range.

Introduction

The Untracked Trucks History report helps identify trucks (or equipment) that appear on scale tickets but are not currently tracked in FleetWatcher. These assets may not be tied to a device, assigned to a shift, or registered in your Equipment List.

This report is useful for resolving gaps in tracking, catching unregistered haulers, and maintaining accurate shift and project records. You can filter the report by Project or Equipment Type, view scale ticket links, and export the results for review or auditing.
