Introduction
The Scale Ticket Custom Detail Report displays scale ticket data using the column layout saved in the Define Custom Scale Ticket Export screen. This view is ideal for DOT reporting, internal audits, and customized export needs. You can filter tickets, export data in different formats, and generate printable or emailable PDFs — all using your predefined layout.
Navigation
To access this feature:
Go to: MMS > Scale Reports > Scale Ticket Custom Detail
Use This Report To:
📋 View scale ticket records in your custom layout
📤 Export tickets in CSV, pipe-delimited, or tab-delimited formats
📅 Filter by date range, project, hauler, and more
🧾 Generate and send PDF ticket reports by email or download
🔍 Use column-level filters to narrow down the results
🧠 Review field definitions by clicking the blue info icon

Step-by-step Instructions
Set your date range
Enter a Ticket start date and Ticket end date
Click Generate Report
Choose your output format
Select from:
Screen (default view)
CSV File
Pipe Delimited
Tab Delimited
Optionally, check Show Full Details to add extra columns
Review summary totals
Located above the table:
Net Tons, Gross Tons, Waste Tons, Loads, Rejected Totals
Totals adjust automatically based on filters
Apply column filters
Use the dropdowns below each column header to filter ticket results
Export or send PDF reports
Options include:
Show PDF / Download PDF (for viewing or saving)
Email PDF (for individual tickets)
Show/Download Report PDF (multi-ticket report)
Email Report PDF (send multi-ticket report by email)
Print table and Landscape Mode toggle also available
Behavior Notes
📄 If no custom layout is defined in the Define Custom Scale Ticket Export screen, the report will display only the Required (R) fields by default.
🧠 Clicking the blue info icon opens a PDF reference that explains what each column means.
📥 Report supports up to 1,000 tickets on screen, and you can email up to 10,000 tickets (auto-splits at 1,500+).
✅ The field layout, column order, and exports will all match the configuration saved in the Define screen.
