Introduction
The Wait Time by GeoZone report helps track time spent inside specific geozones for any equipment with the engine running. This report is not designed to show idle or wait time — it reflects total presence within a zone, regardless of motion.
📌 Think of this as a “time in zone” report — not an “equipment waiting” report.

An Average Wait Time is shown at the end of each group
Column | Description |
Equipment Number | The asset that entered the zone |
Wait Time | Time spent in the geozone (only shown if above Min Time) |
Validating with LCA (Load Cycle Analysis)
Although the LCA graph is not part of this report, it can be used to verify wait times reported here.
Use the LCA timeline view to cross-check time-in-zone by unit
GeoZone bars in the LCA timeline should visually align with the Wait Time values in the report
Especially helpful when validating totals or explaining results to customers
📌 Example: If the report shows 232 minutes, the LCA timeline for that truck will show a bar of equal duration for that zone.
Important Notes
🚫 This is not a traditional "wait time" report — motion is not a factor
✅ Includes any time inside the zone with the engine running, whether moving or stopped
⚙️ Min Time filters out short zone entries (e.g., drive-bys or fast loadouts)
LCA is recommended for cross-referencing when reviewing results with customers
