Introduction
This report tracks the amount of time trucks spend at the plant (Source) and at the paver or jobsite (Destination). Results are split into two sections:
Cycles with Tickets
Cycles without Tickets
📌 This report is also available from the Plant Production tab and is useful for verifying on-site efficiency and uncovering delays.
Navigation
To access this report:
Go to: MMS > MMS Reports > At Source / At Dest Details Report
Use This Report To:
Review truck-level cycle times at plants and paving sites
Identify bottlenecks in load or dump timing
Filter results by Plant, Shift, or Equipment
Compare total time vs adjusted time at Source
Export detailed cycle data for internal reporting
Pick a Range
Filter | Description |
Start Date / End Date | Defaults to today. Enter a range to review specific periods. |
Plant | Required to run report (unless Shift is selected) |
Shift | Alternative to Plant. One or the other is required. |
Equipment | Optional. Focus on a specific truck or unit. |
Time Format | Choose Decimal or Minutes for output values |
⚠️ The report will not run unless either a Plant or a Shift is selected. Selecting both is not necessary.
Click Generate Report once filters are selected.
Report Output
The report is divided into two tables:
🔴 Cycles with Tickets
Shows cycles where a valid ticket was logged.
Column | Description |
Equip Number | Truck or unit ID |
Ticket Num | Scale ticket number |
First Load | Marks first load of shift (Y/N) |
Ticket Date | Timestamp of the ticket |
Net Tons | Tons delivered (if available) |
Source / Destination | Geo-zone names |
Time at Source / Time at Dest | Time truck was inside each zone |
Adjusted Time at Source | Applies clock-in offset logic for 1st load (see below) |
🟡 Cycles without Tickets
Same layout, but for cycles where no ticket was recorded. Useful for detecting ghost cycles or tracking truck activity when scale tickets are missing.
Unscaled Shift KPI Visibility
To provide a more complete and uninterrupted view of your fleet’s productivity, key performance indicators—including At Source, At Destination, and Cycle Time—are now displayed across the Live Shift Card, Completed Shifts view, and both Executive and Realtime Scoreboards, regardless of whether a shift has been processed through scaling. As long as equipment moves between defined geozones, these metrics populate in real time. This update eliminates data gaps in your operational views and ensures full consistency with the At Source / At Destination Details Report, allowing you to monitor active fleet performance without waiting for scaled status processing.
⏱️ Adjusted Time at Source – Explained
This only applies to the first load of a shift
It uses the time of first load and applies a company’s clock-in offset rule
Example:
If the shift has a -10 minute offset, and the truck:Arrives at 7:10 AM
Loads at 7:40 AM
Leaves at 7:43 AM
→ Then the adjusted time is 7:30 to 7:43 = 13 minutes
This gives a more accurate reflection of true pre-load wait time.
Additional Behavior Notes
Time at Source now only counts actual time within the Source geo-zone
If a truck leaves and returns, time away is excluded
Time at Destination still includes brief absences to better reflect dump process behavior (e.g., pulling away then resuming)
Expect a short delay (up to 5 min) before updated values appear on the Shift Card
Sorting is enabled for all columns — especially useful for identifying longest wait times
Known Limitations
In rare cases, At Source or At Dest durations may differ slightly (<2 min) from Shift Card values due to sync timing
Report will show “No Results” if neither a Plant nor a Shift is selected
