Introduction
Cycle Time measures how long it takes for a truck to complete one full haul cycle — from loading at the Source to dumping at the Destination and returning to repeat the cycle. It's one of the most important KPIs for understanding shift efficiency and truck utilization.

KPI | Description |
Cycle Time | Average time (in decimal minutes) to complete a full load–haul–dump–return cycle for each truck on the shift |
How It's Calculated
Start: When a truck is loaded at the Source
End: When the truck dumps at the Destination
The system calculates time between these two points and averages all cycles across all trucks
For the final load (if no return trip), the dump time is estimated using standard offsets
For scale-integrated customers, Cycle Time uses scale ticket timestamps and geo-zone events.

Color Coding
Green, yellow, or red based on KPI thresholds from MMS Controls
Lower cycle times = more efficient shifts
