Notification Log Report

The Notification Log Report shows a detailed history of all notifications sent, including recipients, timestamps, and equipment involved.

Overview

This report tracks every notification triggered in your company. It’s useful for:

  • Auditing notification delivery

  • Checking when alerts were sent and to whom

  • Investigating equipment-specific notification activity


Navigation Path

Manage > Alerts > Notification Log


Page Features:

Filters

  • Company: Show notifications from a specific company.

  • Notification: Filter by a specific notification name.

  • Equipment: Narrow results to a particular asset.

  • Sent Before / Sent After: Date filters to set a timeframe.

  • Click Apply Filters to refresh results.

Export Options

  • Export the report in CSV, Excel, or PDF format.

  • Exports respect the currently applied filters.

Entries per Page

  • Adjust how many rows display per page: 10, 25, 50, or 100.

Search

  • Search results by Notification Name or Asset Name.

Data Table

  • Notification Name: The alert that was triggered.

  • Sent At: Date and time the notification was sent (uses company’s local time).

  • Asset Name: The equipment that caused the notification.

  • Recipients: Email addresses or phone numbers of recipients.


Sorting and Navigation

  • Click column headers to sort by name, time, asset, or recipients.

  • Use pagination controls to navigate multiple pages.


FAQ

Q: Can I see notifications from a specific date range?

A: Yes. Use Sent Before and Sent After filters to select a timeframe, then click Apply Filters.

Q: How do I export notification logs?

A: After filtering, click CSV, Excel, or PDF to download the report.

Q: Can I view who received a notification?

A: Yes. The Recipients column lists all users who got the alert via email or SMS.

Q: Is there a limit to how many rows can be exported?

A: Most reports in FleetWatcher have a 1,000-row export limit, though the exact limit for this report may vary.

Q: Does the log include snoozed notifications?

A: No. Snoozed notifications are tracked separately in the Notification Snooze Log report.
